- Product Planning
Based on your concept and requirements, we will form a production plan
and simulate images of the completed products.In certain cases, some raw materials are not permitted for use according to current legislation and regulation in each country.
Please verify that the materials you will be using are compatible with local rules.

Step 3
- Prototyping
We will make a few samples and request your approval.
This service is usually free of charge.
In case monitoring the process with test users is required,
we shall provide samples at reasonable prices.

After seeing the prototype, we will decide what the exact content of the product should be.
After that decision has been made, we will evaluate the product’s production efficacy and stability to ensure that both its quality and safety are up to the required standards.

Step 4
- Quotation
We will have a final quotation for the production.

Step 5
- Contract
We will draft a contract for mutual consent and you could place a purchase order and make payment for the goods.

Step 6
- Manufacturing
Now we begin to manufacture your products.
If you need our help on packaging design, we are more than happy to help.We will try to a design which can satisfy your needs.

Step 7
- Final inspection
We will then conduct a strict inspection of the finished goods through a microbial test along with a property and sensory evaluation.
At that point, a visual inspectation will be conducted by our trained staff.

- Shipping
- Only those products that have passed these procedures will be packaged for shipping.
